That's why you just do all your shopping online, everything is spelled out there. AT&T does the same shit in store. The phone stores are filled with the same people who worked at car dealerships.

I have special needs; the online setup doesn't work for me. Family plan, data on one phone but not the other, wife gets a teacher discount, etc. I can never get the plan I need online.
