never had one... imagine caribou tastes like Elk... or does it taste more like deer?

Actually I haven't had dear in a long time and I haven't tried elk ever. I hope to get out and fish more/eat more random things when I go back. Lots of unfinished business. I really enjoyed it the Carabu meat though.
