A week. Training takes 2 to 3 weeks as there's alot of information to take in. She's dyslexic too and it shows, but I'm hoping with constant repitition she'll be ok. Plus she's still nervous. She's a good kid and would make an excellent addition to our shift. I just need to get her trained and I'm training her a little different because I don't have the normal training time. If we didn't work in such a time sensitive environment, it wouldn't be that bad. My shift is either really slow or really busy. I've never trained before so that probably doesn't help either.

Sounds like you have your work cut out for you.
