by the way, when you get my voicemail, it means I'm busy because I'm either on the phone or on a freakin' plane. You want to chase your tail all day, by all means. I'll be getting other stuff done in the meantime.

Here's my scenario. I'm salaried and I work for the government. I get paid today regardless. You don't want to answer your phone, you might have lost out on some serious $$$.

Which is fine by me. But, if your company is sooo busy that they don't have enough people to handle the customers. Then it's time to hire more people, or the customers will go elsewhere.
