When I moved from the coast to the mountains I was like DAMN when I went to buy it at the grocery!! There's a place Jeeps takes me to that does a Cajun version that's great. I like it about anyway you can fix it.

Hell yeah it's expensive, and never as fresh as it should be! I pretty much stopped eating Mahi that I haven't caught or shot myself.
