I hate game shows. Jeopardy is on right before Wheel of Fortune around here. I watch Jeopardy and think I'm doing pretty well--I'm not keeping up with Brainiac from the planet Zoltron with the energy zaps coming off his brain (encased in a giant glass jar, Mars Attacks-style), but I'm doing ok and getting plenty of, uh, questions right. I tried out for the show--didn't make it, but they only let 4 of the 50 who tried in, so ok.

Then Wheel of Fortune comes on. There can be one fucking letter missing and I'll have no idea what it is. "Gone with the....uh....Wand?" Shut it, Pat.

Now let's face it, there's nobody on that show but trailer park folk and people who go to work with their names on their shirt. And these guys are kicking my ass. I go from feeling pretty good about myself at 7 to wondering if I'm even qualified to dress myself the next morning at 730.

I want to go on the Price is Right just so I can spin that stupid wheel UP. They never go up, only down.

Weird. Around here it's Wheel first and then Jeopardy.

I kick ass at Jeopardy because I'm a huge trivia buff and have an uncanny knack for remember random shit. I'd love to try out but I think I'd punch Alex in the teeth when he did the little introduction where he says something stupid like:
"Now Kelly, is it true that you once sang a duet with a Russian diplomat on a cruise ship?"

PUNCH!

They make you list 5 stupid facts about yourself on the tryout list. And you get to keep the pen that says "Jeopardy" on it.

NO WHAMMY NO WHAMMY NO WHAMMY.....STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I too kick ass in Jeopardy and it is on at 7:30 here as well. And I'm glad that it is on after Wheel o Fortune...I feel ya Sean, I dunno how the TPTs get on that show and make me feel like a moron. Then Jeopardy comes on and I feel that the 20k that I spent for my piece of paper comes in handy.

I *heart* jeopardy. I used to watch it a lot - especially when I was pregnant - my daughter (now 16) would light UP when the show came on - disney she wouldn't watch but jeopady? Get the fuck out of the way, baby coming through!

MXC or just about any Japanese game show. The wheel of destiny was pretty fucking funny on The Man Show.

MXC is my all time favorite.

I started watching Price is Right after my accident because I was so doped up that I didn't care. I did care, however, when Price is Right was over and the soap operas came on.
