Huckabee's office said Clemmons' commutation was based on the recommendation of the parole board that determined that he met the conditions for early release.

Refresh my memory, where does "The Buck" stop again?

Perhaps if Huck relied more on the recommendations of the prosecutors involved in the case, and the original victims of this nut bag, we wouldn't be having this conversation.
