The time change hit me hard, but only because it was the weekend. I rarely go to sleep before 4 on the weekends, so I couldn't fall asleep until like 5-6 with the adjusted time. It was a late class though the following day.

No shit! I wish that they would split it and leave it that way. I've heard everything from giving the farmers more daylight and something about WWI to making it safer for the kids getting on the school bus. Pick a damn standard and leave it the hell alone!

When I see big-ass floodlights out in fields and orchards, I kind of figure that the farmers don't really need DST anymore.
