I'm surprised about the DUI one...
I know Florida licensees consent to any sobriety test required by law. I would think that a check point would fall under that umbrella. Didn't watch the others but I've seen others like them before.

For the most part I adopt the derf way of dealing with the cops...
However, we don't have check points around here. http://www.thenewspaper.com/news/09/921.asp Those I just won't stand for. They are a clear violation to my rights of privacy and my 4th admendment rights. The entire thing should be labeled as a violation of the 10th admendment. |
