Alas I too cant seem to find a use for it either other than to say that I'm cooler than you. The only tablet I have seen so far that does interest me is the dell hybrid laptop tablet

The original ipad only had 256k ram. This one will probably be max 512k. Apple doesn't usually stack shit up with ram, it's how they keep the prices down on the ipad.

Ulu was thinking about getting me an iPad for Christmas but decided to wait until this one came out. I dig iOS, so I wouldn't mind having one. I'm not getting a 3G version, nor would I pay for a 4G version, not when I can tether from my phone. The motivation for getting one would be the 64 gigs of storage for the movies that I could watch on the screen that's much bigger than the one on my phone. I don't feel like I need one but if I got it as a gift I'd be really happy.
