It's not painters tape. It's like think ace bandaging, in this instance only to make him look more flashy. He was by far one of the most attractive horses in the parade, evidenced by all the "oooh, ahhh, look at the blue eyes (his are blue blue, not that creepy milky whitish color)" I got riding down the street. The guys I was riding with hated it, no one even noticed their horses.
