Gah.. I remember that name and I know I've seen it, but it was a long time ago.
I remember it was a giant mecha type series, but that's about it.

That's the one where any time spent in "hyper" space advances you by a fuck ton in real time. The heroine stays a teenager for the whole thing while watching all her friends grow old and die. Then there's the last episode where her and her copilot (who is now in her forties) sacrifice their timelines to jumpstart the bomb we made out of jupiter and end up 10,000 years in the future
