I'm looking to get a custom molded set this year. My ear canals are an odd shape/size and I haven't found anything yet that even comes remotely close to fitting.

My husband got me a custom set 3 years ago. They have been great!! I recently had to get one repaired (jerked it while running) and while it was $50 just for the repair I still wouldn't trade them for anything! They stay in when I run and they don't hurt under my helmet while riding.
I had the Koss ones and even though they sounded great, anything that isn't in the helmet or molded to your ear hurts. Get the best you can afford, then you haven't wasted money on cheap ones first.. |

i also use skull candy buds. i really like that they come with multiple sizes of inserts (use the smallest set for max helmet space)
great isolation though, i could listen to classical if i wished which with my exhaust and wind noise was a non option with previous sets
