What happened to Andy's Father?
In the Toy Story movies?
He's dead. He died a few months prior to Andy's sister being born. Woody belonged to Andy's father (he's an old toy). Thats why Woody was so important to Andy. He's all he had left of his father. They moved to the another house using the insurance money. Why? Did Andy's father die in the house? That would help explain why they moved. No one ever talks of Andy's father. No weekend visits. No pictures He's dead.
