they're still doing that? 20 years ago I lived in Florida, I may have been driving w/o a license and maybe was wanted by a local PD. I was driving one day and a guy bumped into me on a light. normally you would get out and say something, but, because of my lack of license, I just drove off when the light turned. next light bumped again, I was getting pissed but still didn't have a license. took off like a bat out of hell at the turn of the light. got home and seen on the news they were doing this. at the time I was driving a '68 mustang. guess they wanted it.
