Nope...the man is black and from the projects, so his grasp on proper English isn't up to par but I think that he is understandably upset about the attack on his sister. I'm not sure how I'd look on TV in similar circumstances. Heck, in fact, I gave the brother credit for avoiding explication during his interview.
