Carbon Offsets
Excellent line on King of the Hill...
Carbon Offsets are like a get out of jail free card for people concerned about the environment, but not concerned enough to actually do anything. You just pay someone to plant trees or build windmills to offset all the carbon you've dumped on the earth. |

I was walking around downtown Knoxville the other day and some dyke looking girl asked me to sign something saying I would "vote green". I asked "what does that mean?" and she told me that it was "like, no drilling in Alaska".
I promptly told her I don't agree. Environmental queers.
