Any trailer owners here?
I need a trailer, primarily to haul cars but also to haul motorcycles occasionally. Any tips / things to look out for?
I saw this, but it's in LV: http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/rvs/1515013862.html That fuel rig is hot, but someone at Carson said you'll get ticketed for it if it's not "certified" or something? Anyone familiar with the law on that? Also I have no idea if it's priced right, since he's pricing it based on how much he needs to buy his next trailer, not on how much it's worth |

Car is 12', 18' gives me room for a car + a pit bike even. That's not an issue--I'd rather have attached ramps rather than deal with lining up those big heavy things. Last edited by Sean; 01-06-2010 at 04:47 PM.. |

More like Karl's mom.
Dude just hire a few Mexicans to drive the car instead of buying a trailer...cheaper. lol

Keep in mind that backing a short trailer sucks ass.
The longer, the easier to back up. A longer than stock receiver insert always helps a little too.

Depending on where he parks and stores the thing, bigger can be more of a PITA than helpful. Backing a trailer is like driving a manual transmission. You shouldn't be allowed to possess a man card without a proven mastery of the skill.
