Grill's a no go. The apartment complex doesn't allow us to use a grill, except for the common ones that look like they've been caked in rust and birdshit. So I'm limited to oven/stove top cooking this time.

Newman's Own Italian dressing with a dab of butter makes a great marinade. Soak for about 1 hour. Skillet or oven broiler works good. Makes it Mmmmm Mmmmm good

Lot of bagging going on in here.
Personally, you can't go wrong with lemon butter and herbs. I use a combination of parsley,thyme, and chives. Put fish in foil-tent foil, add lemon,butter and chopped herbs. Cook at 350 until fish flakes with a fork. Add angel hair pasta tossed with olive oil and parmesan cheese. |
