Yeah, that's what I thought when I moved here from Minnesota. Then, I came to realize that this state is not prepared for snow/ice because it only happens once every five years or so.

Drivers here aren't used to driving in rain, let alone SNOW. Watching the traffic cameras are funny when people that don't know any better try to go on the fly overs and slide all the way down backwards.

I'm staying home tomorrow...
