Aftermarket Fasteners
I.E., Dzus fasteners. The stock ones that are on the 1098 call for an allen wrench, and I'd much rather have something where it would be easier to take the fairings off for maintenance/cleaning etc.
Is there somewhere that sells them specific for motorcycles (or even better, specifically for Ducati)? Or any place in particular that y'all would recommend? Thanks!

you can either get the rivet kind or clip on style (which usually go by the name panex fasteners)
They come in all sorts of different heads like d-ring or button

Although knowing Tracy, I'll be lucky if my bike gets ridden once in a blue moon.

Let me get back to you on that after I've done a little more research.

These are the rivet type, you have to use a rivet gun and mount the tabs on the bike pretty much permanently.
