Looks like I found my next career...I used to have to rewrite all the letters leaving my office, both by my subordinates and those higher up than myself till they just gave up and told me what they wanted it to say and let me write it.

The CFO of the company I worked for, before coming here, used to get me to do all of his correspondence when he came to our regional office. It sort of back-fired on him when they shut the doors and laid me off, then tried to screw me out of severance. I had LOTS of practise, by then, at official style correspondence so my letters to the Employment Standards Branch, cc'd to the company head office, were rather polished
