Yep, its a few years old, his daughter posted it to reddit a few days ago and now hes being investigated for child abuse. The video is a few years old, and it is still a few years old, but yeh hes gonna loose his job an go to jail.
Also did anyone else see a sexually deviant side to him in this video?

2. The video made me sad 3. In an interview, the Judge says "He'd didn't do anything wrong and was disciplining his child. What bothered me is that there are people out there who can watch this video and think that this is "discipline". The behavior exhibited, is not that of a parent disciplining their child. This is serious mental shit. If you want to see more of it. Visit a correctional facility and talk to some violent offenders. 4. Shame on him as a judge for not knowing the law on copyright infringement. 5. Waiting for a remix of video with "Like a boss" playing in the background.
