Fvck AMA and Fvck DMG
That's it, I'm not watching that shit anymore. I can't take it. The DSB class blows.
DMG has completely fucked up that series. I know this isn't a new concept as many of you had posted you distaste for them already. DMG is doing everything they can to GIVE the championship to Buell in the DSB class. I know I'm beating a dead horse with this, but first off they are allowing a bike with nearly twice the CC's to compete in the same class. That's like letting a 3.0L Ford race a 5.7L Chevy. Secondly they give them a running start where the Buell is already in it's peak torque range at the drop of the green flag... NO shit it's going to jump out front. It's fucking ridiculous. I have nothing against Buell, they are putting together a great race team and are taking advantage of the rules that DMG allows them. Buell is doing nothing wrong, but DMG sure is. I'm done with that fucking series. I'll still watch the AMA SBK races though. I can't wait to see the 1125RR in action in SBK. |

While I root for the Buell I understand the frustration. DMG has really fucked up racing.

I haven't watched a single AMA race this year unless I attended (Daytona).

There are some claims that the 600 riders are being "endangered" because they are being forced to overide their machines to keep up with the Buell. I don't agree with that necessarily. There is also talk that the other race teams are flirting with the reliability of their bikes to try and gain horsepower to be able to keep up. I agree it's a problem. I like the diversity of the class but on the other hand it does seem contrived...

I love all racing but have to admit I now keep up with MotoGP and WSBK and haven't watched AMA/DMG in quite a while.
I'll say no more...not gonna beat that dead horse about Buell blah blah blah... Ok I may say more but I'm trying not to. |

Yeah I wasn't trying to bash Buell, they aren't cheating. They are following the rules DMG setup to give an American made bike the championship.

I have raced with Eslick and I own a Buell. BUT there is nothing that DMG has done since they bought the series that has made any sense at all.
Good thing is that without sponsors, manufacturer, race team, or fan support the series wont last long before it is reorganized...
