Why is this board set on Atlantic standard time? Has the server been moved to New Brunswick?

That is a setting you control.

I have to manually change DST settings, it doesn't automatically update for DST. EST is normal server time, but when DST goes into effect I have to manually set it.

You can change the time zone for yourself, server time only effects guests.
