This is what's left of a 2007 GSXR 750 with 4000 thousand miles that was in a front end collision. The neck is available for sale with title with matching vin#. Ok so say for instance that it is for immoral reasons. How hard it is to grind off a VIN and stamp a new one in it's place? Would it ever look factory? I would think that it would be very hard to make it look original.

Sure, but what if I bought a track bike with no title, I check teh vin on carfax and its clean, everything is good, not stolen and all that, and then I want to street it?
