My turn... Video of OSP getting his ass kicked this weekend...
Kaneman did it, so I figured I would too...
I came...  I saw...  I got the t-shirt...  And I got video of me getting my ass handed to me... I've never been so exhausted in my life... I've got a LONG way to go... especially to get to a weight class that I'm not completely out-muscled. 37lbs down so far in 2012, another 80-90 to go. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WRGggDdefAk Note: When the ref dragged me back to reset, I literally had no idea what was going on. I actually thought the match was over because I didn't hear him tell us to reset... next thing I know he's dragging me into the middle lol... Learned a couple of things other than I have no business competing in my current weight class... 1) Kettlebells and normal training ain't cuttin' it. Need to start busting my ass with the cardio. 2) Definitely need to warm up more before competing - much different than rolling in class... fuckin' neck is killing me. 3) When ONSSP tells me that we're going to a wine tasting the night before competition, gracefully decline. |

not sure if I tried something like that at my age anymore. congrats on the silver, even if it was out of 2. oh yeah we did some wine and gin tasting today at Total Wine...man I love that place. LOL |
