I put a set on the Buell.

One of the nuts was cross threaded and required some finessing but for the price, I can't complain.

I think I can only use 4 out of the 6 adjustment points but I think that issue is related to the bike itself and not the levers.

Hell, even if I had to replace all the hardware I'd say they could be a good buy... I just never could justify spending $100+ on levers...

I've heard that about a few of them, overall decent quality, but not perfect.

Also heard that they break pretty bad in an accident, but you are better off buying two sets and just keep the 2nd set as a spare

We have the shorties on all of the trackbikes. I've low sided and high sided with them, and they weren't damaged at all.

I use chinese levers fold up levers on the fiddy and wrecked the piss out of them repeatedly. Given it's just 20-40 mph get offs, but they hold up and work fine.

Fuck that... Makes no sense. OEM levers snap like an 89 year old lady's hip... Do you have an extra set of OEM levers laying around?

that's pretty much what I figured... Levers are mechanically very simple, I never could quite wrap my head around them being worth hundreds of dollars for a pair.

yes. My bike has been knocked over twice by someone's little fucker in a parking lot.

I keep an extra set in my tank bag for that reason.
