Default First thing to mod

So, what was the first thing you changed [upgraded] on your bike? Why?

Me? Exaust I wanted more of a growl and the termi's did JUST that. Not to mention the Carbon Fiber made them less hot and easier to clean.

Installed an Autocom intercom/music setup. Also added and auxilliary brake light to the topcase (affectionately known as the Brake Light of Death -- just ask azoomm...) and R-GS handguard protectors to reduce wind on the gloves. When I commuted on the bike, I also had auxilliary convex rearview mirrors to make blindspot lurkers immediately visible. GPS and Fog/Driving lights are next...
