Keep the same rally date?

Do ya'll just want to take the same rally date as the one I planned for TWF. Since I am no longer leadership there and I hold all the reservations, I don't think they can really do anything about it since I am the one planning.

Here is the info for this years prices...

ROOMS WITH PRIVATE BATHS:
Room Only Single/Double Occupancy rate is $109 (15% taxes & service charge)
ADD 28.75 for each additional person after 2 people per room per night
/ 4 people MAX per
room.

ECONOMY ROOMS/4 ROOMS SHARE 2 BATHS:
Room Only Single/Double Occupancy rate is $75 (15% taxes & service charge)
2 People MAX per room.

We charge a $25 NON-refundable reservation fee which is applied to
your final check out
total.

We have a 30 day cancellation policy with groups.

Reservations must be made with Marsha. She has a block of rooms set aside for us. You either have to call and ask for her or email and ask for her.

No they remove the $25 from your bill. . It's a credit.

it costs 25 dollars to make a reservation, but that is put applied to the final bill as part of your room costs. Basically you have a 25 dollar credit applied to your bill at the end. So say your final bill is $200, you only have to pay $175 cause you already paid $25. You don't get it back if you cancel your reservation though.
