Default Helmet: Fits like a Shoei X-11

I am looking for a shoei x-11 or a deep discounted similar fitting helmet. I think the Shark RSX fits similar.

Tigger, find me a too good to be true deal, please.

I wear a Shoei X-11 medium. Something that fits like that would be great.

I want a solid color, white or black would be great.

The big fin keeps ripping screws out, it's great for the trails, sucks on the interstate. I had it duct taped up for the BRP trip because I lost a screw on the interstate getting to the start of it. I want something without the fin for the cross country trip, especially if Drewpy comes.

just take the fin of... didn't yours come with the conversion pieces?

and you must ride a hell of a lot faster than I do... or your wind shield causes some mad buffeting... cause I've never had that issue.

your bike doesn't go over 100. Mine easily does. LOL

I could do the conversion, but honestly, it makes the helmet look stupid. I want a low priced helmet for the trip.

It does too... down hill... ok more like a cliff... LOL

but then again you also have a wind shield... I don't.

well let me know what you think about going back to a normal helmet... the field of vision in the Hornet is what keeps me from wanting another... ya know?

I still use my busted X-11. If I plan on doing speed or ride the fiddy, I wear my X-11. I use the hornet when I do dual sport. I like both for different reasons. I really want a cheap one so I can cut the shell by my ears to put the speakers of my sena more inset so they don't rub my ears as much. That's a problem with the hornet, long use causes my ears to hurt with the speakers, so I want to get a cheap helmet for the trip I don't mind shaving the shell.
