that's the thing... you do the same work out for four weeks... then the program changes.... then again it changes in 4 weeks... it's based on muscle confusion... to help eliminate plateauing.

Yeah you've showed me that before...you look good for your first comp, though it's amazing at what some lighting and tan in a bottle can do. lol

I would suggest that you do not blow up like a ballon and then have to shred fat off. It is simply too hard to not burn muscle. Stay around 13-17%bf at a max.

Does the weight/rep scheme change everytime the exercise comes around again? Or do you just see if you can do 120 pullups instead of the 100?

yes... You change it depending on what you can do. It forces you to challenge yourself. Yes you could do the same reps same weight every time but there would be no point... And that would be YOUR fault not the programs... Ya know?

I see.....however, you know that most people just need to be told what to do instead of giving them a program and say just lift what you want. They need guidance...hence the need for a trainer.

but again... the issue isn't with the program it's with the individual and motivation...

No it's still the program too...

Ur right tho...dedication and consistency (esp. with diet) are 2-3 times more important than the actual lifting routine.

You have to admit tho...I can assure you bodybuilders are not using P90x, though that may not be your ultimate goal.

If I could get say a free copy of said P90x I'd love to read it (or even try it for a few cycles).
