I do know that they cut a flap back on my eye and then used a laser to shape my eye under. You could smell the burn.. eww. They did two different things with my eyes though. On my really bad eye it only was 20 seconds and on my not as bad eye it took 40. Not sure what the difference was.

Ok, mine was Lasik. They cut the flap of tissue over the cornea then used the laser. I don't care, the shit worked and I can see perfect for the first time since I was 7 or 8

As the membrane heals, it does so irregularly, so vision will be blurry for a while after. I don't think mine was that bad for that long though. Take fish oil tabs.
