He lives in Michigan, there is bound to be rural areas up there.

There is all kinds of farm land and 5-6 acre lots all over the place around here. It's real easy to get out of the hoods.

Tennessee is the same way in a lot of areas. I live close to be able to do that, but stupidly moved into a neighborhood. Once the market goes back up and we get done fixing this place up, we are going to try and flip it and go more rural. I want a shop for my bikes and room to make a small fiddy dirt track.

One of those good parts of Tennessee where you go outside on your back porch and shoot a few clips of your AR-15 off the porch and instead of hearing sirens, you hear your neighbors realize how awesome of an idea shooting is and they start firing off every gun they got too.
