here we go, I made some alignment tools today.

It was easy to machine and thread the cones. Breaking and having to rebuild the lathe was a nightmare.

Nope. The belt does not need/get/want adjusting. Tensioner is static.

Right... its not the belt... its the tensioner that does all the magic...just like a auto cerp belt

The tensioner does not move, nor does it get adjusted... hence 'the tensioner is static'.... therefore, the belt is never adjusted.
