That one irks me more than most because they're clearly just regurgitating something they (mis)heard without giving it any thought.

People who begin every sentence with the word "So". It's usually people under 30 who do this.

Q: Hey Mark! What did you do this weekend?
A: So, me and Shannon went over to Dave's before the game.
Q: Cool, was there anyone I know?
A: So, we bumped into Alex, Justin, and that Asian dude we used to work with at Oracle.
Q: That's cool. Did you have a good time?
A: So, it was a pretty good time, we got trashed, watched the game, shot some pool.
Q: Wish I had been there. Hey did you finish that presentation you were telling me about?
A: So, I've got about half of it done, but Brandon just gave me an urgent project, so I had to switch focus.
Q: I see. Hey you got lunch plans? I'm gonna grab something at Chipotle.
A: So, the last time I went there, it tasted like dog food, so fuck that noise.
Q: How about Panera Bread then?
A: So, I've got to hit the john first, I'll meet you outside.
Q: Cool.

Also I "posed to" instead of "suppose to."

Just thought of another - people who misuse words trying to sound intelligent, like putting "as per" every 4 freakin' words.
