Pretty much. And all they do is send you a remanufactured one. Hell I've probably gotten my same phone back multiple times. I've gone through 12-13 phones and had only 2 survive me for any length of time. My 1st was a nextel construction model and it lasted. My 2nd one to survive was a LG flip that was a hand me down after my other phone took a swim. That was is now dead since it fell out of my lap when getting out of my work truck and managed to find the 1 and only puddle within a 5mile radius. I have a LG env3 right now but I doubt that bitch will last.

I have finally gotten into text messaging but it's because my phone has a keyboard thingy on it.

Is the Envy3 the one with an optional gaming keyboard and 2 tiny speakers? I cant remember which model I saw that had that but it seemed kewl for playing media...

It has two tiny speakers when you flip it open. I'm not sure about a gaming keyboard or what that would even be on my phone. I pretty much only make calls and text on my phone.

My buddy has the env touch which may be what you are referring to.
