Looks like I'll be changing the plugs in both bikes this weekend as well as air filters. Ordered a new set of Pilot Power 2CT's for the R6 and and the R1.
Man it looks like changing the plugs in these two bikes is a b!tch. Last edited by z06boy; 07-20-2010 at 11:06 AM.. |

Don't have a winter here, but summer is dumb hot. I have to wait until just before the sun comes up to do anything. I'll be sweating still because it's like 95, but not as bad as in the middle of the day when it's 110+. I gotta change the oil in both vehicles, strip off the street fairings of the R6, throw it on the trailer and bring it in for service.
Don't see that happening anytime soon.

I thought about procrastinating fixing the busted water line, but then I realized I smelled like old man. Now how am I suppose to win Racedoll's heart smelling like I've been rolling around with 10 wet dogs?
I really need to check the vfr's valves and get to plastic welding the fairings. I've gotten so lazy, I'm pathetic. |

took me awhile to take the bike in for seals and bushings, still gotta check the valves for peace of mind, but the day after i got the bike back from racetech i took it apart and threw the rotors and pads on, grips probably tomorrow, valves this week.
old saying, procrastination is like masturbation-seems like a gd idea at the time, but in the end you're only fucking yourself

Speaking of 'procrastination'...I wasn't able to get this done last weekend so since the wife is out of town this coming weekend...looks like a great time to get to it. Guess I'll go ahead and change the oil while I'm at it too. |
