Its interesting how people who hate Apple and think their products are crap still hold them to higher standards and expect more out of them than other electronics manufacturers. People dont switch to PS3 when their XBox goes RROD on them, they just get another XBox. I guess failures are expected from Microsoft products.

Part of it is undoubtedly the "it just works" marketing hype from Apple. People expect more because that's how Apple sets their expectations.

Yes they do. A guy I worked with bought a PS3 after having 3 xboxes.

As far as Apple goes, it the company and users that talk up the product so much. Some talk it up like its a prefect product. Its not. I wouldn't call them junk but would never call them perfect.

The Apple rep was in at work on day and the shit that came out his mouth was funny. He didn't like me not bowing down to Apple.

My creative Zen Vision M has worked great for the past 4 or so years. Although the radio on it stopped working but that was a know problem. How it just stops working, I have no clue.
