I might try to take friday off. Ride down to springfield, mo for cinco de mayo, then ride down to meet up on friday, get some good roads in between, and be ready for the rally.

10 hour ride. I'm in. I'll try to get a 4 day weekend. Leave early friday morning, get there around 5pm. Then be able to leave monday morning.

I really need to know if this is set in stone. I'm going to really hassle my boss on getting vacation time this year.

everyone check out Eurekabw.com the Best Western in E.S. AR. This looks like the place. I will see about rates for groups. What is our head count to now? 7 confirmed?

Yup. It conflicts with mothers day sunday but i am trying to bring my baby momma along anyhow. Friday night, saturday night, home sunday anyhow.

If this Best Western is out of the price range I have a back up spot to check out that is around 40 bucks a night, but most folks splitting rooms should be happier with these accomodations.
