Not a good guage, IMO. His tats could be 5, 10, 20 years old. What if he was in good financial shape some time ago and something devistating happenned recently that shook his world apart? Never know.

Well, let me state I don't donate to any panhandlers... for any reason. I disqualify all of them, not on specific appearance.
