Injuries that have prevented you from riding? - Page 5

I crashed and put the head of my femur through the back of my hip socket....didn't walk for 3 months....didn't walk without a limp for another 3 months or so after that. I crashed in November....I was back on the bike the following April. It was my right hip so getting on and off the bike was a chore...but wasn't too bad once I was on and riding.

I shattered my collar bone once. It kept me off of bikes for about 3 weeks. It took about 6 weeks to heal and repair my RD before before I was back on full time.

I got a cortizone shot in my hip on Friday...it's supposed to help with the irritation I feel from the screw in there. It apparently isn't getting along very well with the tendons in my hip.

I drummed and rode yesterday. I can barely walk I'm so sore.

Compound fracture of my femur and foot/ankle crushed plus having the foot and ankle pinned/screwed back together. One other time severe roadrash from not wearing my gear and surfing across the asphalt.

Other than this...no other injuries have even stopped me from riding.

As far as sex injuries...minor in comparison and they didn't stop me from riding.
