LEO driving patrol cars and carrying their duty weapons shouldn't be drinking at a bar...period imho.

I'm not allowed to carry a/my concealed weapon if I have ANY alcohol in my system.

Alcohol can stay in your system for 6 or more hours. Five beers in a 2 hour period and the average person is going to be pushing .08 BAC hard. That's the legal limit in most places.
