No. To me, it's more about the fact that girls want to show off the belly button rings, which generally requires dressing slutty to an extent. I'm fully aware that I can't force my daughter to dress Amish, but I'm going to do my best to raise her to be modest and to make good decisions. That wasn't my contention. Mine is that if you bar them from doing something they want to do that they view as harmless then you're actually pushing them to have relations with boys.
