Brian always told me to go fuck myself or some other similar remark when I'd tell him I was out riding in March or later and he was complaining because there was still ice or snow out.

Just read on the forum where we originally heard about this that he died from a blood "clog" which I think might have been meant to say "clot" in his lung. His wife was waiting to get the results of the toxicology report before letting people know what happened.
