My old lady tried to shut me down too. Saying it was too cold to be going in and out...I told her no deal. In fact, I grilled some chicked last night.

We Did get that house I was talking about Earlier In this Thread...They Guy Took 10k Off The Asking Price (Or should I say we offered him our higehest offer which was 10k less than asking)

But I started out asking 181 and worked my way up...

Either way I got a good deal...Settlement is Jan 28th!!!
