Yea I don't remember that either... btw last I checked fist bumping is not a "black greeting", the people I see use it most are frat boys. I don't fist bump as a greeting. Besides, this guy is a middle aged MAYOR, not some thug nigga on the block greeting one of his home dogs.

Maybe by a small margin.

Fuck MTV. Some people don't even shake now because of the swine flu. So for some the handshake is being replaced or just plan dropped.

Once again a lot of people claim that shaking is a bad idea because of things like the swine flu. My mother has been to a lot of seminars where they suggest people don't shake at all.

Dude the Japanese bow greeting is a thousands of years old tradition. Fist bumping is NOT out national greeting ritual. If he suddenly wanted to be a "soul brother" he should have hit him with the "soul brother" handshake with a half hug and clap on the back. That's what me and my bros do.
