over 2100 (forget the exact number), 3 br, 2.5 bath, typical 200 amp service, it's on a crawl space, huge bonus room over garage, hardwood in some areas, small deck in the back, garage not as big as I would like, but it will do

The garage big enough for 2 cars and bikes?
That driveway looks like it'll be a bitch to plow in the winter.

What's your first mod gonna be? cf roof for light-weight? HID porch lights?

We don't plow in TN. It's really a 2 car garage, but I will be able to angle my bikes in there with 2 cars.
