oh it was at the start of the trip? fuck... I'd have been furrious! something ALWAYS goes wrong at the start of every fucking trip I take... with in the last 24hrs of my trip starting. ALWAYS... and every time I'm like.. not this time... so when it does.. I get royally fucking pissed. then laugh about it 2 days later when I'm on the road.

Park, turn bike off with key, remove gloves, through gloves over key, leave key. Yep. Done it several times but always with a bunch of bikes at events, gas stations, etc. When alone I'm much better about bringing it with me. I guess I don't use the trunk much because I've never left it there... yet.

battery is halfway in the tail section. that and the tool kit leave enough room for a pair of short cuff gloves and a neck gator.

damn... that sucks... then again... I don't keep anything but my tool kit, registration, and my camera (when I don't have my tank bag) but when I do the HID... that's where my "if all else fails" spot is for the balast

I used to carry my jacket liner and a cargo net in the trunk... no more. |
