I use over the ear (JVC Black) while at the gym. When I'm at the gym with my brother in law I put one ear piece above that ear when not doing my set. When I'm by myself I have both on most of the time.

They block enough of what is going on around me. But most in ear buds should do the trick of they are the in the ear with ear piece. If they are like the Ipod ones then they won't block enough.

I normally don't have to play it that loud to block what I want to with my Blacks.

Whats with increase of black bashing since Tigger left?

She was a bitch for talking loud in the quite car but what I want to know is....What fucking phone does she have that last for 16 hours talking? Or was she plugged in?

And what was going on in the train that it took them 16 hours to toss her ass?

Amtrak has electrical recepticals in the walls. I usually plug my laptop in and keep working while rolling.
